Great service. Company called to tell me product was temporarily out of stock and would
arrive in a few days; The merchandise was shipped to me two days later. After shipping,
the company called to confirm that the product had arrived and was in good condition.

My shopping experience was very pleasant. One item I ordered was not shipped. When I
brought this matter to customer service it was shipped immediately, along with two free
key rings!

I love this site and I use it all the time. If you have any problems they fix them right
away. I only had 1 problem and it was my fault anyway!

UPS to CA (instead of NC) you replaced it immediately - no questions asked. When the
original mug arrived 2 weeks later, you told me to keep it for the inconvenience ... and it
wasn't even your fault! You put a very personal touch to your excellent service, both by

When traveling on vacation, my suitcase was stuffed, so I chose to order my souvenirs
after arriving home. I was very pleased to find GreatPlacesToYou on Yahoo. My
purchases via the net were no more expensive than on the shelf in the cities I visited.
They arrived very well packed, and in a timely manner. There was even a personal thanks
written in the package. I would not hesitate to chose this website/company again!

I received great services from this company. While, initially, you could order only if you
were living in the States, after my e-mail, they changed their web site to allow me to order
from Canada. They kept me informed almost every day on their progress to meet my
request. I hope that they will be getting a lot of orders from Canada.

Book in described condition, and shipped promptly. Recommended seller.
