Every thing about this purchase was excellent!!! The shipping charges and the speed of
delivery were just great. They thanked me for the purchase and I will purchase from them

On a scale of 1 to 5 the customer service is a 10. They went out of their way to
accomodate my order and -- believe it or not -- save me money shipping. Too bad there
aren't more websites like this.

Great service. Company called to tell me product was temporarily out of stock and would
arrive in a few days; The merchandise was shipped to me two days later. After shipping,
the company called to confirm that the product had arrived and was in good condition.

My shopping experience was very pleasant. One item I ordered was not shipped. When I
brought this matter to customer service it was shipped immediately, along with two free
key rings!

I love this site and I use it all the time. If you have any problems they fix them right away. I
only had 1 problem and it was my fault anyway!

purchases via the net were no more expensive than on the shelf in the cities I visited.

I received great services from this company. While, initially, you could order only if you
were living in the States, after my e-mail, they changed their web site to allow me to order
from Canada. They kept me informed almost every day on their progress to meet my
request. I hope that they will be getting a lot of orders from Canada.

Book in described condition, and shipped promptly. Recommended seller.
