Shipping:
Your order is usually shipped the same or the next business day.
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select (USA Lower 48 states only), UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next
Day Air Saver (by end-of-day next day - excluding Puerto Rico), UPS Next Day Air (by 10:30AM
next day) for USA Domestic orders. UPS Ground service usually arrives 1 - 5 business days
after shipping from our facility. To see how many days it will take to receive your order from our

orders we offer UPS Standard to Canada, and US Express Mail to the UK and Australia (5
days) and US Priority Mail to the UK and Australia (6-10 days) for shipments to the UK or

Note: We can also offer Saturday UPS pick-ups, Saturday deliveries, and even UPS Same Day
Sonic services. Please call us to arrange these special services.
To keep your shipping rates as low as possible, GreatPlacesToYou.com uses real-time UPS
charges. Our UPS rates are not estimated. The shipping charges are visible to you prior to
completing your order. Once you have added items to your shopping cart and begin the

Our gifts are individually created by one of our staff members. To be sure your purchase
arrives in perfect condition, our gifts and souvenirs are shipped in a strong corrugated shipping
box and completely surrounded with cushioning bubble wrap.
We attach a packing slip to the outside of each shipment. The packing slip does not contain
any pricing information.
We will provide you with an email upon receipt of an order and an email upon shipment of the
order along with a UPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our facility, we do not have
control of the delivery schedule. Please allow additional shipping time for bad weather or
holidays.
